(KFOR) — Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations (OSBI) were spotted gathering evidence at the crime scene home where the horrific murders of six people, including five children, took place. Ivy’s grandmother, Shannon Boykin, took video inside what’s been dubbed the “sex offender den.” Police initially cleared the scene, but Boykin went inside the house and found shackles, drugs, electronics and other sex paraphernalia. The teens' parents have said they didn't know about McFadden's criminal history or that he was a registered sex offender. In interviews, they described the sleepover last weekend as routine and said nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

It shows a messy home with restraints in the bedroom, drugs and drug paraphernalia, sex toys, multiple computers and cell phones. Following the latest discovery in McFadden’s home, the Webster family attorney asked officials to seize all electronic devices found in McFadden's home. “The family of Ivy Webster were shocked to discover that computers and cell phones had not been seized by law enforcement when they viewed the inside of this house of horrors,” Spradling told The Oklahoman. Over the weekend, dive teams with the OSBI were spotted using sonar devices at one of the ponds neighbouring the scene of the heinous crime, KJRH reported.
Spradling previously referred to the home as a "house of horrors" when he said computers and cell phones on the property were not taken by law enforcement. One of McFadden’s neighbors also told the outlet that nearly six months ago, they saw someone digging the pond where police excavation teams were seen. One of the victims’ families also found a ledger at the crime scene containing a list of unknown names and ages.
The group found disturbing evidence, including sex and bondage items. They also found computers and the victims’ phones left behind. The Independent reached out to the OSBI for comment on the possibility that McFadden may have been the individual digging the pond last year, and whether the agency is investigating other potential crimes at the property. A neighbour of McFadden also told KJRH last week that six months ago, they saw somebody digging the pond where police excavation teams were seen this past weekend.
